Offices, shops and small commercial spaces, cleaned on a schedule that works around your hours instead of through them. Nightly, a few times a week, or weekly.
What we cover

Workspaces
Desks wiped where they are clear, monitors and screens dusted, chairs and under them. Trash and recycling emptied. Floors vacuumed or mopped.

Break rooms and kitchens
Counters, sink, microwave inside and out, fridge exterior, tables and chairs. Trash out. This is the room that tells your staff whether anyone is paying attention.

Restrooms
Fixtures, mirrors, floors. Soap, paper and towels restocked if you leave the supplies.

Entries and common areas
Glass doors and their handles, reception, waiting-area seating, hallways. The first six feet a client sees.

Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. About half our clients leave a key or a door code and come back to a clean house. Whatever you are comfortable with.
How much is it?
It depends on the size of the house and what shape it is in, so we do not post a price list that would be wrong for most people. Call or send the form and you will have a real number the same day.
How far out do you go?
As far as Deer Trail on the east side and across most of the east metro. Byers and Bennett are routine for us.
Are you insured?
Yes — licensed, bonded and insured. Ask us for the certificate before you book and we will send it over.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and redo it. You are calling the people who did the work, not a complaints line.
Can I book for Saturday?
We clean Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.
